Facilitator
The connector behind brands that cross borders — introducing the people, partners, and infrastructure that make a market possible.
Tinsley Global is a Global Market Facilitator (GMF). We open the doors that take outsiders years to find — 3PLs, sales channels, freight and customs providers, compliance resources, and the legal and tax partners who set up your entity in a new country. Forty years of global trade and logistics experience, made available to your brand on day one.

About us
A Global Market Facilitator built by an operator.
Tinsley Global is led by Philip Tinsley, President and CEO, with 40 years of experience inside global trade, logistics, and market development.
Philip has owned and operated across the supply chain — retail chains, manufacturing and wholesale operations, distribution businesses, licensed brand programs, and 3PL warehouses. That operating background gives Tinsley Global a practical understanding of how sourcing, freight, customs, compliance, warehousing, retail channels, and entity setup have to work together.
Our role is simple: make the right introductions, remove friction, and help brands enter new markets with vetted suppliers, providers, and advisors already aligned around the work.
What a GMF Does
We do not sell you logistics. We introduce you to the people who deliver it well.
A Global Market Facilitator is the connective tissue of an international supply chain. Instead of building yet another in-house provider relationship, our clients gain immediate access to a curated network of 3PLs, sales channels, freight forwarders, customs brokers, compliance specialists, and entity-formation partners — pre-vetted, contracted on your behalf, and managed under one accountable program.
3PL & Fulfillment Introductions
Warehousing, pick-and-pack, retail compliance, and DTC fulfillment partners across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. We match category, channel, and volume to the right operator — and stay on the engagement after the handshake.
Sales-Channel Access
Distribution, retail, marketplace, and wholesale introductions in markets where you do not yet have a presence. Forty years of buyer, operator, and supplier relationships across mass, specialty, and DTC — opened on day one of an engagement.
Freight & Logistics Partners
Ocean, air, and intermodal freight providers placed against your corridors and your cycles. We negotiate, benchmark, and award — and our clients hold capacity through cycles instead of chasing it.
Customs & Tariff Providers
Licensed customs brokers, tariff-engineering counsel, and Free Trade Zone operators in the U.S., EU, and Asia. We assemble the right team for your duty exposure — Section 301, 232, AD/CVD, USMCA, and EU UCC.
Compliance Resources
FDA, FCC, CPSC, EU CE / CPNP, REACH, EPR, and category-specific regulatory partners. We connect brands to compliance counsel and lab-testing partners that move at the pace of commerce, not bureaucracy.
Entity, IOR & Fior Setup
Legal, tax, banking, IOR / FIOR, and corporate-services partners for entity setup in a new country — U.S. C-corp, EU subsidiary, UK Ltd., Australian Pty Ltd, Asian trading entities. The full stack required to land and operate.
Four Directions of Trade.
One Facilitation PRactice.
Most facilitators specialize in one direction of flow. We have built the network to move clients in any of four — and the cultural fluency to run them at the same time.

American brands entering Europe — entity formation, EU compliance (CE, CPNP, REACH, EPR), distribution, and 3PL.
-
European brands launching in America — U.S. entity, FDA / FCC / CPSC compliance, retail distribution, and West-Coast fulfillment.
-
Asian manufacturers and brand owners going direct into Western markets — Section 301 strategy, EU compliance, and retail access.
